Cincinnati - Indianapolis Freight Program

For those exhibitors who plan on attending the Dealer Expo in Indianapolis, Indiana February 18-20, 2011, the George Fern Company and Show Management are providing a freight program.

Rates:
Up to 500 lbs = $225.00
500 - 1000 lbs = $350.00
Over 1000 lbs = $0.55 per pound

NO LOOSE, UNCRATED OR ANY MOTORCYCLES WILL BE HANDLED.

If you wish to sign up for this program, please download and complete this form and return it to the George Fern office.  We will prepare your bill of lading and shipping labels which can be picked up during the show.  After your shipment is packed and ready to go, you will simply return the bill of lading to the George Fern service desk.  Your shipment will be in your booth at the Dealer Expo when you arrive for set up.

Please note that drayage charges will apply both in Cincinnati and Indianapolis.
