Dealer Bag Inserts

Get your flyer in the hands of the attendees!  Your insert will be stuffed into each Dealer Welcome Bag and distributed to all attendees.  Exhibitor needs to provide inserts ready for stuffing one week before the show opens.  Inserts must have the V-Twin logo as well as the sponsor's name, logo, and booth number.

• $1,000 - for first piece
• $500 - for each addtiional piece
• Maximum finished size 14" x 10" - no minimums
• Insert can not weigh over 1 oz.
• 4,000 pieces must be received by Friday, January 28, 2011.

Call 877-889-4697 to let us know that you would like to include a piece(s) in the Welcome Bag.   Show Management must approve all inserts prior to shipment.  Once approved, you will receive a shipping label to use when shipping your items to the event.
