Aisle Indicators  $6,000
Attendees will seek out aisle indicators as they circulate the Expo. Your company's logo, along with the V-Twin logo, will boldly appear on both sides of all 42" x 44" aisle indicators. They are highly visible signs that will hang from the Duke Energy Convention Center ceiling marking each aisle.
Badge Holder Kiosks  $3,000
Starting on Friday, a large kick panel will boldly display your company's logo along with the V-Twin logo at the two badge holder kiosks located in the Hyatt and Millennium Hotel Lobbies.   In addition, your logo will be displayed at the credential holder kiosk located at the main entrance of the Duke Energy Convention Center throughout the Expo.
Banner at Duke Energy Convention Center  $1,500
A 5’ x 15’ Welcome Banner will appear at the main entrance of the Duke Energy Convention Center. The banner will greet attendees to the 11th Annual V-Twin Expo exposing your company throughout the Expo.
Banners at Expo Hotels  $1,200
Four 3’ x 8’ Welcome Banners will appear at the entrance of the Hyatt, Hilton, Millennium and Westin hotels. Each banner will have your company’s logo along with the V-Twin logo welcoming all attendees to the 11th Annual V-Twin Expo.
Coffee Wraps  $3,000
Hot coffee wraps will prominently display your company’s logo at the Duke Energy Convention Center’s main entrance coffee cart.  Price covers a one color logo.
Concession / Handlebar Cafe Table Toppers  $3,500
Get your information on the tables. Purchase this exclusive opportunity and your company materials will be distributed throughout the tables.
Credentials  SOLD  
Thousands of "official" credentials will be distributed and worn throughout the event.  Your company will be a constant reminder throughout the expo and beyond. Your company’s name will appear on all credentials along with the V-Twin Expo.
Dealer Welcome Bags  $5,000  
Thousands of dealers will receive welcome bags.  The bags will prominently display your company's logo along with the V-Twin logo, and won't leave the dealers hands throughout the two and a half day event.
Elevator Posters  SOLD  
Elevator posters will be placed in the elevators at the Hyatt and Millennium hotels.
Entrance Units  $6,000  
Entrance units are large (24’ wide by 16’ high) column structures that ALL attendees will walk through to enter the Expo.  Your company’s logo will be displayed on one or more of the columns.
Floor Plan Guides  $6,000
Thousands of floor plan guides will be produced with your company’s logo along with the V-Twin logo.  A full Expo agenda with a complete schedule of seminars and directory of all exhibitor names and booth numbers with show floor map will be at their fingertips throughout the Expo.
Industry Reception  $5,000
The heavily attended 2011 Industry Reception and Leader Awards will be located in the Duke Energy Convention Center 3rd Floor Grand Ballroom providing a great spot for mingling and networking.  Your company’s logo will be imprinted on reception signage, napkins and gobo lighting along with the V-Twin logo.
New Product / Industry Leader Display  $4,500
The New Product / Industry Leader Display is located in what is considered a “prime location” for traffic and exposure.  New Product signage will display your company’s logo along with the V-Twin logo.
Registration Kick Panels  $2,600
Get your company logo in front of the dealers as they register for the event on-site.  Multiple registration kiosks will be placed in a prominent location and seen by all attendees throughout the Expo.
Room Keys for Expo Hotels  SOLD  
Every guest staying at an Expo hotel will receive room keys specially printed with your company’s name, logo, and booth number along with the V-Twin logo.  Price includes one-color process; four-color process also available (call for pricing).
"You Are Here" Locators  $1,200
“You Are Here” locators will prominently be displayed in the hallways of the Duke Energy Convention Center.  Your company’s logo will boldly appear on the signs.
